Do you establish a local entity?

No. Not at this stage.

Do you recruit locally on your own?

No. Local recruitment requires a responsible local partner and local review.

Who pays?

Each pilot must state costs and the paying party before launch.

Who provides insurance?

The parties must confirm applicable insurance before participation.

Do you arrange visas?

No visa outcome is promised; lawful entry and activity status must be confirmed separately.

Who supervises onsite?

A named local supervisor is required.

Who is responsible for incidents?

The written project plan defines escalation, notification and accountable parties.

Can a pilot be stopped?

Yes. Safety, legal, capacity or data concerns can trigger a pause or closure.
