An official overview of how the team grew from a service cabin into an international volunteer service system with foreign volunteers, service points and AI volunteers.
Storyline
Yuan Qianming, also known as Adam Yuan, is the captain of the Sanlitun International Volunteer Service Team and a frontline organizer of Sanlitun’s international volunteer service system. The team started with practical help such as directions, payments, ride-hailing, internet access and food recommendations, then grew into service cabins, business-district service points, multilingual volunteers and AI digital volunteers. Today, it helps international friends understand Beijing and enables international youth to serve the community.
