支付先通 / Alipay & WeChat Pay
- 绑定外卡前，先联系发卡行 fraud department / card issuer。
- 提交 travel notice，避免刚到中国付款时被境外银行拦截。
- 支付宝还可处理地铁卡、共享单车、打车等城市服务。
订票住宿 / Trip.com Travel Hub
- Trip.com 可统一处理酒店、机票、火车票和景点门票。
- 订酒店前确认机场、火车站到酒店的真实距离。
- 北京站、北京西、北京南、北京朝阳等车站位置差别很大。
打车接驾 / Didi Pickup Points
- Didi 不难，难的是机场和火车站上车点。
- 截图 pickup point，必要时发给司机或请志愿者帮忙确认。
- 看不懂标识时，用翻译 App 拍照识别，不要只凭感觉走。
看懂沟通 / Translation App + Sally
- 翻译 App 是基础工具，不是锦上添花：路牌、菜单、医院、司机沟通都会用到。
- 保存酒店中文地址、目的地截图、常用问句和紧急联系人。
- Sally 数字志愿者可补充路线、服务点、办理步骤和人工转接。

What can Sanlitun International Volunteer Service Team help with?
We help international visitors and residents with daily-life questions in Sanlitun and Beijing: payment, transport, hotel check-in, renting, banking, healthcare, translation, tax refund routes, GO BEIJING setup and local service-point guidance.
Where can foreigners ask for help in Sanlitun?
Start with the Sanlitun International Volunteer Service Cabin or contact the team online. Volunteers can guide you to nearby service points such as banks, housing service partners, merchants, hotels and official city service entrances.
How to use mobile payment in Beijing?
Prepare WeChat Pay or Alipay, bind an overseas bank card when supported, finish real-name prompts, and keep a backup payment method. Volunteers can explain the steps and remind you about payment limits and fraud prevention.
Where to open a bank account as a foreigner in Beijing?
Bank account rules depend on passport, visa or residence documents and bank policy. The team can help you understand common preparation items and direct you to appropriate bank service points.
